The second installment of Purdue Fort Wayne’s Omnibus Speaker Series features Dr. Moogega “Moo” Cooper, engineer of the Mars Rover Perseverance Mission and Planetary Protection Lead for NASA.

A space exploration superstar, Cooper’s main responsibility revolves around keeping Mars safe from Earth’s contaminants as we explore the Red Planet.

Her presentation of “Limitless” will touch on her professional career as well as her work in helping children from under-represented communities, as well as her responsibilities in being a role model for women.

The lecture is Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rhinehart Music Center, and tickets are free, but it is strongly encouraged you reserve them in advance to guarantee your seat as there are often none available on the day of these events.
