Many Fort Wayne traditions revolve around the city’s history, and much of that history involves the Old Fort just north of downtown.

While a fort may not be the first place that comes to mind when celebrating the holidays, Christmas at the Fort may help bring it to the forefront in the future.

Enjoy learning how Christmas was celebrated in the city during the 1700s and 1800s, visit with the artisans as they demonstrate their skills and present handcrafted gift ideas, pick up a sweet treat from the bake sale, and, of course, find that perfect gift while checking out the Old Fort merchandise.

History and the holidays come to life in a unique way on Saturday, Nov. 26, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
