Founded in 2018, the Fort Wayne Terrible Orchestra was modeled after the Scottish Really Terrible Orchestra, a group of adults who had some training in instruments but just wanted to play together as an orchestra for fun.

FWTO meets Mondays at 7 p.m. at First Missionary Church on Rudisill Boulevard. The next session starts on Sept. 13 and runs through Nov. 15, culminating in a free concert for the community.

Cost is $65. Practice is optional but recommended. Contact the director, Deb Graham, a violist with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, at vlagrl@gmail.com with any questions.

Registration is open at firstmc.org/ministries/terrible-orchestra/. All orchestral instruments — strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion — are welcome.
