Arts United recently hosted their annual awards ceremony, and we congratulate the winners: 

Outstanding Advocate

Maria Davis, the Downtown Services Coordinator for the City of Angola.

Outstanding Artist

Gregory Stieber, theatrical director, playwright, and actor.

Margaret Ann Keegan Award for Arts Education

Laura McCoy, a music teacher at Fort Wayne Community Schools for 40 years.

Outstanding Volunteer

Leslie Beauchamp, an actor, director, choreographer, and member of volunteer outreach in underserved communities.

Emerging Artist

Angela Sahli, now in her third season as the Costume Designer and Shop Manager with the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre.

Emerging Leader

Todd Espeland, who joined the Fort Wayne Youtheatre as Executive/Artistic Director in April 2018.

Dr. Wendy Robinson, former superintendent for Fort Wayne Community Schools and a tireless advocate of high-quality public education, focused on educating the whole child with an emphasis on the arts.
