One part comedian, one part country musician, all parts bad ass Texas cowboy, Rodney Carrington is famous not only for albums Hangin' with Rodney, Morning Wood, Nut Sack, King of the Mountains and Laughter's Good, but for his sitcom Rodney and for appearing in the Toby Keith vehicle, Beer for My Horses. This Longview-born renaissance man also penned a chart-topping Christmas single, "Camouflage and Christmas Lights," a tribute to the U.S. military.
Carrington has a reputation for truth-telling and his most recent comedy release is aptly titled Here Comes the Truth. He'll be at the Embassy Theater Friday, June 15 at 7 p.m
