I submitted a listing, but it never showed up on our website/app or in print.

If this doesn't answer to your question(s), please contact us. If something on our website or app is broken, please report it.
This can happen for any of the following reasons:
- The listing was submitted past our print deadline of noon Monday the week of publication. This doesn't apply if the listing occurs after our next publication date. If so, it should be printed in our next issue.
- The listing occurred prior to our next publication date or by the time we got to review the listing, the event had already passed (in cases where the listing is submitted a day or two before or the day of the event). This is why we recommend you submit your listings as early as possible as they stay in our system until the event has passed.
- No available print space for the listing (if the listing has not passed, it should appear in our next issue)
- The listing may have not been appropriate for our calendars (in subject, language used, our reader demographic, etc.)
