The Clyde have also announced that Florida alternative rockers Sleeping With Sirens will be in town on Saturday, May 27. 

Sleeping With Sirens are known primarily for the versatility of vocalist Kellin Quinn’s leggero tenor vocal range, along with the heavy sound used on their early work and the pop influences they have used later in their career. The veterans released their seventh full-length record, Complete Collapse, late last year. 

Sleeping with Sirens will be joined by special guests Dayseeker and M.A.G.S

Ludacris headlining Headwaters music festival

Grammy-winning rapper, actor, entertainer, and philanthropist Ludacris is set to perform at this year’s Fort Wayne Musical Festival at Headwaters Park on Friday, July 28. 

Ludacris has broken down countless boundaries, destroyed stereotypes, kicked down the doors for rap music, and has complied eight No.1 hits. 

The bill will also feature platinum-selling artists Juvenile and Chingy with few more surprise guests. In any event, get ready to shake your “Money Maker” Fort Wayne.

Local bands set for Old Settlers’ Days

The 119th annual Old Settlers’ Days Festival in downtown Columbia City has been scheduled for June 20-24. 

Recently, organizers announced the music lineup for the fest that includes The Bulldogs on June 20, Unlikely Alibi on June 21, Roger Marshall Band on June 22, Good Night Gracie on June 23, and Whoa, Man! on June 24. A good variety indeed. 

The historic festival also includes tractor pulls, antique tractor drive, pickleball, and cornhole tournaments, tasty food, rides, and more. 

Jimmie Allen coming to Eclectic Room

The Eclectic Room in Angola is bringing country singer-songwriter Jimmie Allen to the venue on Sunday, March 26. He will be joined Ronnie Russell and Lexi Adams.

This is a special pop-up show that was just announced last week and tickets are already starting to move. 

The Grammy-nominated and CMA- and ACM-award winning, country star released his third studio album, Tulip Drive, last year and has been touring ever since.

Piere’s hosting night of punk music

Piere’s have a haymaker of a show planned for Saturday, April 22, when they welcome the Celtic punk act Flatfoot 56

The band is known for their use of Scottish Highland bagpipes and have a punk sound similar to Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly. They formed in 2000 and have released seven studio albums and grew exposure when their music was included on the popular FX series Sons of Anarchy

These fun-loving hooligans will be joined by Baltimore punk rockers Huntingtons, the dance-punk act All Hallowed, and our very own The Mighty McGuiggans.
