Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation added five more shows to their summer slate at Foellinger Theatre on Wednesday, with more possibly on the way.

Concerts added to the schedule with tickets going on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 14, are American Pop featuring The Grass Roots, The Buckinghams, and The Box Tops on June 10, Hotel California: A Tribute to The Eagles on July 1, Welcome Back My Friends: The Return of Emerson, Lake and Palmer on July 13, and Bee Gees tribute band Stayin’ Alive on July 29.

Perhaps the most anticipated show announced is Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo on Aug. 22, with those tickets going on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 21.

“We anticipate announcing more concerts and will update the foellingertheatre.org website as those concerts become available,” said Steve McDaniel, directors of Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation.

As it currently stands, the season kicks off May 16 with Pink Floyd tribute act Brit Floyd, with Willie Nelson & Family stopping by on May 25 with support from Austin Snell.

Country acts Gary Allan and Tracy Lawrence are scheduled for June 1, followed by Herman’s Hermits with Peter Noone (July 7), America (July 10), Diana Krall (Aug. 1), Train with Better Than Ezra (Aug. 9), and REO Speedwagon (Sept. 5).
